POLICE swooped on suspected burglars and drug dealers in the Bengeworth area of Evesham resulting in 18 arrests and the recovery of stolen goods and drugs.
Operation Tatter was launched at the beginning of December after police obtained warrants to search houses, following tip-offs from members of the public.
Three people have been remanded in custody, two have been charged with possession of drugs and theft, and will be appearing in Droitwich Court January 2, and the others have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
