A BEWDLEY dad will be spending the New Year with the teenage son he has not seen for more than a year after scoring success in a competition.
Steve Burrows, of Winbrook Road, won the chance to have his 16-year-old sibling, Mark, flown back from Canada to spend two weeks with him after taking part in Virgin Radio's Bring the Family Home.
Mark, who has not spent a Christmas with his father in eight years, will also be seeing his grandparents, last united with him when he was two, who have flown over from their home in Spain.
