A SHOP assistant was threatened with a knife as she worked in a Malvern store.
An armed robber thrust the weapon at the victim and demanded money from the till at Poundstretcher in Roman way, Malvern.
The woman handed over a small quantity of cash and he left the shop at around 6.15pm on Thursday, December 6.
The woman was not hurt in the robbery, but was very shaken.
Police searched the area and say they are following several leads.
The man is described as being about 5ft 7in tall, of medium build, clean-shaven and in his early 20s.
He was wearing a dark baseball cap and a dark padded waist length coat.
