DURING last month The Chase year 12 AVCE Leisure & Recreation Group ran a seven-a-side football tournament for the local primary schools which attracted 19 teams.
In the semi-finals Northleigh defeated St Joseph's with Great Malvern beating Malvern Wells.
The final was a very closely fought match, a late goal from Great Malvern making them the victors over Northleigh.
The man of the match trophy was presented to Nathan Budd from Malvern Wells Primary School.
