An elderly man died after falling from his bike in a Kidderminster street.
The 72-year-old cyclist from Clitheroe, near Manchester, sustained head injuries when the incident happened on Trimpley Lane, Lower Habberley, at around 5pm on Saturday.
He was taken to Worcester's Ronkswood Hospital where he later died.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward. "We have no evidence to suggest anything happened other than him falling off his bike," said a Kidderminster Police spokeswoman.
The unnamed victim was visiting friends.
