AFTER parking in the car park on the Crossley Retail Park in Kidderminster I received a fine for being more than two hours parked.

The sign explaining this is located high up (approximately 10ft) and the writing is very small.

A person with poor vision would find it difficult to read.

The sign explains many things and in small writing at the bottom it tells the reader not to park for more than two hours. This is not marked clearly enough.

As a private company, Excel Parking Services Ltd makes money from these fines but I do not consider the signs not acceptable. They should be made larger.
