An allegation of burglary at a house on the Spennells estate while a family was asleep is to go for crown court trial, Kidderminster magistrates ruled.
Christopher Bateman, 21, of Warbler Drive, is charged with breaking into a home in Whinchat Grove and stealing £80. He was bailed for committal for trial on December 28.
