A CONMAN fleeced a thirsty customer of £20 after selling him two cut-price bottles of whisky which turned out to contain an "unknown fluid."
The man was in the High Street, Stourport, at about 6.50pm on Tuesday when he was approached by a man who offered him two bottles for £10 each.
