MYTHOLOGICAL Greek gods came to life at a Worcester school as youngsters had a taste of ancient history.
Year 5 pupils at Cherry Orchard Primary School, in Timberdine Avenue, crowned the end of their ancient Greece project with a special day.
After learning about mythological gods, they came to lessons dressed as their favourite deity.
A traditional Greek feast was put on and youngsters took part in a Greek Olympics, including javelin and discus hurling.
"They all had an absolutely lovely time," said Jane Tait, Year 5 teacher.
