RETURN to the Forbidden Planet, very loosely based on Shakespeare's The Tempest, is being staged at Cheltenham's Everyman Theatre. The rock 'n' roll show won an Olivier Award for best musical in 1990, beating Miss Saigon, and is set on board Captain Tempest's spaceship.
The production opens on Monday, November 5, and runs until Saturday with evening and matinee productions. Tickets range from £9.50 to £22.50, on 01242 572573.
