I WOULD like to thank West Mercia Police for pointing out that they are unable to spare the manpower to prosecute people for parking illegally on Barnards Green. I am disabled and I already find it very difficult to ever find a disabled parking space which is not occupied by a non-badge holder. Now it will be impossible.
