Having had a pleasant evening at the ESO concert last Friday at the Forum Theatre, the event was marred by an unfortunate incident whilst exiting through Priory Park.
A small group of youths determined to cause trouble verbally abused the concertgoers with foul and very threatening behaviour. One or two began by blocking the bridge and making passing difficult. Clearly out to make trouble and carrying the evidence of bottles of alcohol, they represented a feature of Malvern that should be stamped out.
Many visitors to the concert from out of town will have been shocked by these youths and no doubt questioning further visits to Malvern I suspect.
