RE the article in last weeks Gazette "Standard is gone but not forgotten" (Malvern Memories, October 26).
I, like Mrs Loach, was an employee there and I would like to add that the Standard had three shops at the Morgan factory and the top shop was flight refuelling. I never knew what they made but, as stated, we did make aero engine parts. I would like it to be put right and I shall endeavour to get hold of Mr Tony Francis.
