A SCHEME to convert buildings near Upton into holiday chalets was given the go-ahead by Malvern Hills District Council's southern area planning committee. The plan was submitted by Mr and Mrs Martin who want to convert of two outbuildings at Little Boynes, Upper Hook Road.
