Travel arrangements for the team entry at the quiz night at Cookley Social Club (last Monday) and the half-yearly council meeting in Stourport on Tuesday, were made at the October meeting.
Teams were selected for the first two games of skittles, the second of which will be on November 26.
There is a trip to see Kiss Me Kate on November 8, and Merry Christmas at Blakedown on November 21.
Gifts for sale for Acorns Hospice have been collected.
Members were reminded of the WI carol service at Kidderminster Town Hall on December 8, and the Leys Group carol service on December 12 in St Peter's Church, Cookley.
The evening ended with a quiz.
The annual meeting will be held on November 12.
