DEAR EDITOR - Can I thank Mrs D Stubbins, who lives in Stoke Prior, for kindly reminding me who is responsible for the poor council services that we are having to put up with in Stoke Prior.
What with the intermittent bin collection, the unswept streets, the rising rents, the hiking of council tax year after year, and now the ruthless introduction of special charges for the vulnerable persons who live in sheltered accommodation.
I can't for the life of me remember who snatched back the concessionary bus passes from Bromsgrove pensioners. Mrs Stubbins suggested that I contact my MP - I think I might drop her a line.
