Mostyn Rangers U10s 0 Droitwich Darts U10s 0. Darts played some good attacking football but failed to put the ball in the net. The game was about two fine defences, with James Scott and MoM John Owens playing so well that Joe Ridings only had one save in the second half to make, recording his third clean sheet. Fine support in midfield with clever footwork from Ben Brogan and Luke Duggan. Darts are still unbeaten this season and credit goes to every player.

Callowbrook Swifts U8s 2 TR2000 B U8s 1. After a goal-less first half when Connor Macateer missed a good opportunity following a great run and set up by Stuart Green, the home side went ahead when Green's corner went straight in.

Callowbrook Swifts U10s B 2 Portway U10s 6. Two goals from Lloyd Sherrington made it all square at 2-2, but with 15 minutes remaining the visitors pulled away for a comfortable win. Aaron Watts should have reduced the lead but Portway's keeper saved well. Earlier, Wayne Clarke had kept his team in it with two acrobatic stops but Nigel McConkey in midfield was MoM.

Chelmsley Town Youth U10s 5 Callowbrook Swifts A U10s 2. The manager should be proud of his team's performance as they travelled to a division two side town in this cup tie. Weak refereeing cost Swifts dearly in both halves, but Matty Reeves and Lee Williamson scored memorable goals through skill and endeavour.

In goal, Lewis Gwilliams made the art look easy and his rasping free kick in the last minute rattled the bar from 22-yards. MoM was skipper Ben Heath.

Lyndon Colts U13s 1 Callowbrook Swifts U13s 2. In a tight contest with some superb football, Joshua Taylor-Gates put the visitors level after finding his team a goal down at the interval. He missed a penalty to his dismay, but there was jubilation when Luke Bachelor grabbed the winner after a great run by Adam Neason and good work by MoM Ian Gibson.

Bromsgrove Town U7s 6 Rubery Juniors U7s 2. First placed Town beat second placed Rubery. The second half was dominated by Hanbury with some excellent football and a goal from Mark Hayward. A last minute goal for Alvechurch was a cruel blow to the home side who had pushed every man forward in search of the equaliser. A solid team display made MoM a difficult choice but an awesome midfield performance from Tom Stockwell just edged it.

Coldlands Colts B U9s 3 Callowbrook Swifts U9s 1. Swifts lost their first game of the season against a battling Colts side. Swifts found it difficult to get into the game and Colts went one up mid-way through the first half. Swifts had a penalty appeal turned down just before half time and were unlucky not to go in on level terms. In the second half Swifts dominated for short spells and eventually scored. Kingshurst Sports U9s 1 Bromsgrove Town Boys U9s 0. Bromsgrove eventually lost their 100 per cent record this season by going out in the second round of the League Shield in a closely fought match.

One momentary lapse just before half-time cost Town the match, when if truth be told they should have won by a mile if they had taken a fraction of their chances. Super play by all the team set up chances galore in both halves of the match.

The home side defended stubbornly and a combination of the keeper being in the right place at the right time, and good fortune, as the ball never quite fell right for the Bromsgrove attack, meant the home side took the spoils. Connor Wilson was Bromsgrove MoM with an impressive display down the right wing, but Town had Matthew Brunt to thank for some stunning saves in the dying moments, as the team pushed forward for the equaliser. Town still have the best defensive record in the league, and even the best have the odd blip occasionally.

Knowle Robins U9s 7 Catshill U9s 1. Catshill suffered another heavy defeat at the hands of Knowle Robins. After going 2-0 down Catshill pulled a goal back from James Lund straight from a corner. Castlehurst U8s 10 Bromsgrove Town U8s 0. After a even first ten minutes Castlehurst scored and the floodgates opened with the home team playing some exquisite football. Bromsgrove were again taught a lesson in finishing and if it wasn't for some fine goalkeeping from new signing Luke Sutcliffe, it would have been worse. Town can only hope they don't have to play them in the league cup! Philip Cunningham was steady for Town and MoM went to Mitchell Booth.
