THE man responsible for overseeing major transformations at the Alexandra Hospital is to step down.
Harold Musgrove will withdraw as chairman of Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust at the end of December.
During his reign, Mr Musgrove has seen the merger of Kidderminster Hospital, Worcester Royal Infirmary and the Alexandra to form one trust.
A new trust chairman will be recruited over the next few months and a decision is expected later this year.
