TOWNSFOLK have flooded the town hall with calls about abandoned cars.
Last week the Redditch Advertiser revealed plans to launch a car amnesty allowing people to get rid of their unwanted cars for free.
The council will introduce the project next spring and it will be implemented area by area.
Last year the council together with Worcestershire County Council forked out £50,000 to deal with abandoned cars dumped around the town.
