REDDITCH Council chiefs including borough director Chris Smith imitated television programme Back to the Floor on Friday by taking part in a manager's litter pick.
Senior managers joined the council's refuse team in Woodrow as part of Local Democracy Week.
The week aimed to give townspeople a better understanding of the workings of Local Government with the emphasis on the difference it makes at local level.
Other activities included a behind the scenes tour of the town hall and a competition to find Winnie the Website Spider to mark the first anniversary of the council's website at www.redditchbc.gov.uk
