TOWN centre developments, transport and pedestrian flows will all be investigated by a team of independent consultants over the next two months.
Chestertons will come up with a town centre appraisal and from it, Redditch Council will come up with an action plan.
The firm will look at planning issues related to town centre and perform feasibility assessments to see where the town can be improved.
The findings will then be used to create a town centre strategy.
