Faulds, born in Solihull, progressed through the youth side into the reserves after linking up from Northampton Town where he was a scholar.
A tough-tackling, mobile teenager, he signed a 12-month professional deal with Harriers in May 2001 but has only appeared in the Worcestershire Senior Cup so far.
