ONLY a short while has elapsed since the Duckworth Trust-sponsored clean-up of rubbish on the banks of the Severn, yet the litter louts are at it again.
Only the other day, I counted several plastic carrier bags blowing along the surface of the water between Sabrina Bridge and Diglis Dock.
This was, of course, in addition to the usual sprinkling of cartons and cider bottles floating downstream.
Why can't people find a bin or take their litter home? I despair.
