Equipment was donated to Malvern Community Hospital on Wednesday by the Malvern and Worcester Breathe Easy Group.
Dr Steve O'Hickey, a chest consultant at the hospital, accepted four nebulisers from the group.
The nebulisers cost around £100 each and will be used by patients who have difficulty breathing. They blow drugs into the lungs to open the airways.
"We raised the money from a flag day at Waitrose in May," said group chairman Mike Bowker. "We raised £783 and bought the nebulisers because there's a particular problem getting hold of them in Malvern."
The Malvern and Worcester Breathe Easy group is part of the British Lung Foundation.
