MALVERN-based consultancy and software house, CGP Associates Ltd, is celebrating a double success.
As well as clinching an order with the Meteorological Service of Canada, the company gained one of only eight Export Canada Marketing Scholarships at the University of Western Ontario's prestigious Richard Ivey Business School.
Staff member Derek Cunningham won the scholarship, after an in-house competition, for an intensive two-week course in November designed to promote British business success in Canada.
Established in 1988, CGP provides specialist services to government defence and commercial sectors, focusing on command and control systems and software engineering. Company director Hazel Crouch said: "This double win is great news and allows us to penetrate the lucrative Canadian market."
