A guest, Margaret Duffrill, attended the September 3 meeting, when the coffee morning on October 6 at St Michael's parish room was discussed.
Arrangements for the harvest luncheon on September 24 were finalised. This will be held at Lickhill Community Centre, commencing at noon. A fish and chip supper was followed by a game of hoy.
The competition for the longest runner bean was won by Joan Scheer, with Margaret Bridgewater and Anne Lowe second and third.
Several members will attend Burlish's harvest supper.
The next meeting will be on October 1 when Paul McGuire will organise a musical quiz.
