A TWO-bedroom bungalow is to be built in Mustow Green against the wishes of Chaddesley Corbett Parish Council which claimed it was "inappropriate".
The bungalow will be built with a detached garage on land next to existing property The Dormers, which will share access.
Three letters against the proposal were received from neighbours.
But Wyre Forest District Council's planning (development control) committee gave the green light after planning officer Paul Wrigglesworth told members: "I do not believe a refusal could be justified, particularly as there is no material harm, in my opinion, in visual terms for a bungalow being positioned here."
