A FORKLIFT truck driver died from a penetrating wound to the heart an inquest heard.
Michael Chamberlain, of Abbey Road, Kidderminster, died on Monday, August 27, a hearing at Stourbridge was told. The 44-year-old divorcee was identified by family member Raymond Chamberlain.
Worcestershire coroner Victor Round said a post mortem carried out by a Home Office pathologist revealed he died from a wound to the heart.
A second post mortem was being carried out.
Mr Round adjourned the inquest for a crown court hearing and said he understood a man had been charged in connection with the death.
