ENGLAND'S perfect start to their hockey World Cup qualifying campaign continued when they dismissed Ukraine with a 6-2 win.
Worcester's Rachel Walker played a big part in the victory at Amiens which leaves England three points clear of nearest rivals India and Ireland in Pool 'A' and on course for next year's finals in Australia.
Two penalty corner strikes from Canterbury's Mel Clew-low and a double from Slough's Jane Smith helped England to their second win of the campaign, following Monday's victory over France.
Clewlow scored her first after 11 minutes and six minutes later Leicester's Sarah Blanks scored from a goalmouth melee and Clewlow added her second after 23 minutes.
A minute later, Jane Smith slotted home a penalty for a 4-0 lead. A Tina Cullen goal and a second Smith penalty completed the England victory.
