TEN girls in school years 4 and 5 trained at Bredon Hancocks School last Sunday morning and Bredon Colts are now certain to be running a girls football team this season.
Club chairman Andrew Denton, who coached the girls, was most impressed by their skills and particularly happy with the attendance.
As well as the coaching the girls also received female football information packs from the Worcestershire FA.
The team will train each Sunday from 10.30am at Bredon Hancocks School and a first match has already been organised.
