At the next meeting, decorated shoe boxes to be filled with Christmas gifts for children in countries suffering from hardship, will be welcomed.
Following the refreshment break, Mrs Kathleen Culverwell gave a talk on preserving good health.
Each member completed a lifestyle analysis to target areas where improvement in health seemed desirable.
A vote of thanks was given by Enid Reeves. The AGM takes place on Wednesday, October 3.
