ON September 11, at the Greig Hall, therapist Diane Wicks, who is also qualified in Reflexology and Aromatherapy, gave a demonstration of Indian head massage.
Diane began by telling how in 1970 Narenda Mehta introduced the massage in Britain.
Different oils, which have various effects on well-being, are usually introduced to the head massage although the shoulders, upper back and upper arms are also worked on.
The raffle was won by Joy Hands. The next meeting is at the Greig Hall on Tuesday and includes a talk entitled 'They have their Entrances and their Exits' by Mrs Andrews.
