STAFF at Astwood Bank First School are delighted with their recent Ofsted report.
The report stated pupil achievement was high and the quality of the teaching was "one of the greatest strengths.
It also said the school cared well for its pupils, whose attitudes and behaviour were very good and the leadership and management of the school were described as outstanding.
Inspectors highlighted the need for development in the provision of information technology, especially for those with special needs.
