A REDDITCH fencing club is celebrating a windfall of nearly £4,000 to buy equipment for the young people it caters for.
Redditch Youth Fencing Club, based at Redditch Youth House in Smallwood, was awarded the cash from the National Lottery's Awards for All scheme.
The club, run by Hilary Hammond, who has been a coach for 20 years, has 30 members.
The grant allowed the club to buy new jackets, masks and other safety equipment. For more details about joining the club, call 892830.
