A HEALTH improvement plan aimed at reducing unwanted teenage pregnancies in the town has undergone a massive shake-up after a successful drop in figures.
Redditch Primary Care Group spearheaded the health improvement programme to tackle a high number of teen conceptions two years ago.
But statistics have shown a drop in conceptions and now health chiefs have joined forces to broaden the programme to include a range of youth issues.
