The annual services of thanksgiving were held on Sunday, the interior of the building being very tastefully decorated.

The Rev S H Phillips conducted the service morning, afternoon and evening.

Good congregations were in attendance and collections were taken in aid of the Sunday school prize fund.

Services were continued on Tuesday commencing with a public tea in the schoolroom.

Afterwards a service of song entitled 'Bluebell Dingle' was rendered by the choir and schoolchildren.
