CHILDREN at Alcester Infant School will be stepping into a new age of technology thanks to tireless fundraising and charitable grants.
In a project which has been running for a year, thousands of pounds have been raised towards new computers which will be housed in a room with a DT department.
The PTA organised numerous events which children, parents and staff all took part in. These included a sponsored bounce, barbecues, a Christmas fair and a Readathon.
The school has also recently been given a grant of £1,000 by Church Street Properties, a town charity and £100 by Dynacast.
