ADAM Nicholls was Stourport Swifts' hero after his last-minute goal clinched a 3-3 draw at Unibond Division One side Lincoln United in the FA Cup first qualifying round.

The battling midfielder was also on target in the first half as Swifts were forced to fight back after conceding a goal after just four minutes.

Gary Walters gave the home side a dream start, finding the target from 18 yards with Swifts 'keeper Rob Clarke only able to parry the effort into the net.

Clarke kept out an Ian Williams header on the half-hour before Nicholls netted four minutes later, firing home from eight yards following fine work on the left by Lea Shaw and Alex Cowley cross.

Substitute Ross Knight drove an effort wide when well-placed late in the half before Lee Booth gave Stourport the lead 11 minutes into the second half, lobbing home 'keeper Steve Curry after collecting a Nathan Harvey chest-down.

Booth then rattled the home side's upright before this thrilling clash swung back in Lincoln's favour as they netted twice in six minutes. Substitute Kevin Ward hooked home the equaliser before Walters netted his second from close range on 83 minutes.

With just a minute to go, man of the match Nicholls collected Shaw's cross on his chest and then cleverly floated the ball over Curry to force a replay at Walshes Meadow tomorrow.
