AN RSPCA inspector is appealing for information after receiving reports a man had swung a young cat against a lamppost in Redditch.
Police were alerted to the incident in Northside Close, Oakenshaw, on Monday, September 3.
Insp Simon Dix said fortunately the cat was not hurt but if the culprit were found, he would be prosecuted.
