KIDDERMINSTER Harriers are poised to boost their striking options with the capture on loan of 19-year-old Wolves reserve forward Colin Larkin.
Manager Jan Molby was expected to complete the deal later today, and Larkin could make his debut in Saturday's home Nationwide League Division Three clash with Plymouth Argyle.
The deal is unlikely to become permanent, however.
The teenager has scored three goals in four games for the Molineux club and Wolves boss Dave Jones believes the player is starting to show his potential.
"It's the next stage of Colin's education and it will be of great benefit to him to play in front of crowds for a few weeks," he said.
"He has enjoyed a good season in the reserves so far, and has been starting to live up to expectations and showing signs of the potential we know that he has.
"The advantages are that he will be local to us and he will be provided with a good education by Kidderminster's manager, Jan Molby, who is an experienced man."
