Badsey 1, Blockley 3
THIS was an early morning start at the Evesham Astro and it was a good quick paced game.
Blockley opened the scoring with a superb struck shot from Hayley Whitehouse. Chris Grant made it 2-0 for Blockley with a well picked up loose ball slotted into the net.
Badsey fought back and made it 2-1 just before half-time. The second half saw several chances by both sides but it was Blockley's Kirsty Bosley who sealed the game for Blockley with the final goal.
Blockley are training at their ground on Thursdays at 7pm, all new players welcome so come along or contact Maureen Jackson on 01386 700749.
