Police have launched an investigation into the death of a 19-year-old woman who was found hanging at HMP Brockhill at about 5.20pm on Friday, August 31.
An inquest into the death of Anne Marie Bates, who was a serving prisoner at the Tardebigge jail, has been opened and adjourned while inquiries continue.
