Astwood Bank Carnival gets off to a speedy start on Sunday with a three-mile fun run.
The run starts at Oddfellows Arms at 11am and at noon there will be a teddy bears picnic, bouncy castle and children's treats.
Entry is free and youngsters are invited to bring their favourite bears.
