LETTERS to You Say by M J Lane, Paul Jeffery and F L Jones are right. Give all who break the law the cane for under 14-year-olds and the birch for those over 14 - with no exceptions.
This would also cut out the fly-tippers and all crime in Worcester by about 95 per cent. If we had more letters asking for this kind of punishment then perhaps our MPs would take notice.
