PERSONNEL managers in Worcester may want to attend a free seminar on ways to handle stress at work.
Stress affects us all but it is the way we deal with it that matters.
Organised by recruitment consultancy Executive PAs and Keith Fraser Consulting, the seminar is aimed specifically at those responsible for recruitment.
It will cover topics such as sources of stress; strategies in the workplace; learning to say no; taking control and putting things into perspective and stress-free business travel.
The seminar will take place on Thursday, October 18, at Studley Castle, Studley, near Redditch.
