THE Malvern Football League kicks of its new season this Sunday with two new teams making their debut.

Newcomers Old Bush Willie Thornes make the journey to Sling Lane to play Morgan Aero 8, Callow End Harriers, last season's most sporting team, entertain the other League new boys Interthornes.

Last season's Presidents Cup winners Club AC 30 begin their league campaign with a home tie at Perdiswell against Brewery, previously known as Portobello United, who will be playing their home fixtures at Ross Road, Ledbury.

Bell Inn 98 travel to Upton to play Talbot Head and in an all Herefordshire tie Fromes Hill, third-placed last season, await the visit of Bull Allstars.

Last week's League meeting saw each club presented with a new Mitre football compliments of official match ball sponsors, The Soccer Site.

In addition the draw for the first round of the Sunday Senior Cup resulted in the following ties, scheduled to be played on Sunday, October 14:

Club AC 30 v Morgan Aero 8, Bell Inn 98 v Kempsey United, Fromes Hill v Brewery.

Bull Allstars, Callow End Harriers, Old Bush Willie Thornes, Talbot Head and Interthornes all receive a bye into the second round.

The Under 18s Youth Division sponsored by The Soccer Site will commence fixtures on Sunday, September 9.
