STUDLEY CC all but secured their Birmingham two East status at the weekend but the Washford Fields side typically did things the hard way after starting with a defeat to basement boys Olton.
Knowing a win would keep them safe, Mark Lewis' Jekyll and Hyde side slumped to an embarassing reverse before shocking Tamworth on Monday with a surprise win.
Monday's welcome return to form leaves Studley needing just two points from their final two fixtures, starting with the visit of Moseley on Saturday (12pm start).
