EXPRESS 88 FC took to the field on Sunday after several pre-
season training sessions and gained a credible 1-1 draw against a very organised and efficient Powick FC.
Fielding a new manager, and eight new faces alongside several of last season's squad in their first competitive friendly Express can only be pleased with the result. Thanks go to all at Powick for their efforts in preparing the pitch and Pete Ellis for refereeing the match.
This Sunday (August 19) Express continue their preparation with a visit to The Talbot in Upton.Players meet 9.30am prompt at Express or 10am at The Hill Centre, Upton.
