AN owl prowl will be one of many features of a twilight woodland walk in the Wyre Forest next week.
Forestry Commission wildlife experts will introduce folk to all manner of creatures as the sun sets in the woodland. Education ranger Lynne Owen for next week's twilight owl prowl in the Wyre Forest.
Education ranger Lynne Owen said: "It will be a magical walk for young and old alike.
"There will be beetles, bats, moths, spiders and even birds to look out for as dusk descends."
Mrs Owen said another feature of the darkening woods were scents that drifted on the breeze - sweet honeysuckle mingled with rich earth and pine.
