The July meeting was interesting when two speakers from the Inland Revenue explained the implications of our tax system and how we could help ourselves by checking we were correctly coded.

The following Wednesday, 28 members had a day out at Ball Colegrave of West Adderbury, which is a major supplier of flower seed and plug plants to commercial growers.

It was a lovely day with lots going on, such as a gardeners' question time and tours of the trial grounds. The August meeting will be an open meeting, no speaker but a bring and buy stall will be available and confirmation of forthcoming events made at the usual venue of Pershore Football Club, next Wednesday, at 10.30am.
